Arrow Medical's dedication to building quality products is the centrepiece of our company philosophy. Arrow Medical is committed to fulfilling ongoing quality requirements through continuous improvement programmes of all internal processes.
Our singular aim is to achieve zero defects by constantly measuring our performance to recognised audit plans at each stage of production. We monitor overall product performance by continually conducting accelerated life tests on products manufactured by Arrow. Arrow Medical has provided product for North American and European markets for many years and meets all FDA standards.

Trained auditors guarantee quality by auditing the complete supply and manufacturing process. This covers the entire process:
Design> production engineering> goods inward > production processes > labelling & packaging> post-packing > storage & logistics> delivery
Finished product is released on a batch sample verification system coupled with life testing of inflatable products.
Suppliers are subjected to regular audits to guarantee quality and security of supply.
